To help us maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for all guests, we kindly ask that no outside food or beverages be brought into the cafe. 

We follow strict food handling and allergy awareness practices. Outside food makes it difficult for us to monitor ingredients, prevent cross-contamination and maintain the high safety standards our families rely on. 

As a play-based environment, we work hard to keep our space tidy and sanitized for little ones. Outside food can increase spills, crumbs and messes that impact the comfort and experiences of other guests. 

Our menu and offerings are part of what keeps our space running and allows us to continue providing fun, high-quality environment for families. Food and beverage purchases help support our staff, programming and facility upkeep. 

Many children who visit have food sensitivities or allergies. Limiting outside food helps us reduce unexpected exposure and create a safer environment for everyone. 

EXCEPTIONS:

We understand some situations require flexibility. The following are permitted:

- baby bottles and formula

- medically necessary or allergy-specific foods

- pre-approved birthday desserts or party items as arranged through a booked event. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping keep our space safe, clean and enjoyable for every family who visits. 

We have designated parking spots right in front of the café, marked by our signage. If those are full, you’re welcome to use the Magnolia visitor parking (please avoid numbered spots as well as the accessible parking spots labelled near our parking). On weekends and holidays, additional parking is available next door in the medical building lot. 

Our play space and toys are designed with children ages 0–8 in mind, but everyone is welcome to play, explore, and imagine. We encourage parents to decide what’s best for their child, you know their interests and comfort level best. 

Absolutely! Our café is separate from the play area and has seating available for guests who’d like to relax, enjoy a drink, or grab a bite without taking part in the play space. 

Yes! Our spacious event room accommodates up to 30 guests and is equipped with a 65" TV, fridge, sink, counters, storage, and a microwave. It’s a versatile space perfect for parties, meetings, workshops, and more. 

While our play space is large, we are noticing that the weekends and rainy days tend to fill up quickly. To avoid disappointment, booking online is now mandatory for Saturdays and Sundays. If this is your first time visiting, it also allows you to fill out waiver forms ahead of time for a quick check in when you arrive. 

Our waiver helps ensure everyone’s safety and understanding before entering the play area. It outlines important information about supervision, safe play, and shared responsibility.

All guests, including additional adults and children under 6 months, are required to have a completed waiver before entering the play space. Filling it out only takes a minute and helps us maintain a secure, welcoming environment for all.

If you or your littles are feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule your visit until you are better. We will credit your next scheduled visit. Please reach out to our staff to organize this when you are ready to come and play!

Our play café hosts birthday parties and private rentals on weekends. These events help us continue offering a beautiful, safe, and engaging space for families. Some parties require full space rental, which means open play is paused during those time slots. 

Our full weekend schedule is always available online. Because weekends fill up quickly, we encourage all families to check the schedule and book in advance. 

Time between parties is needed for cleaning, resetting the space, and preparing for the next group to ensure everyone has the best experience possible. 

We offer 2-hour play sessions so our team has the time needed to fully clean, reset, and prepare the space between groups. This helps us maintain a safe, fresh, and enjoyable environment for everyone who visits.

If you arrive between scheduled sessions, you may be permitted to stay into the next one if space allows. Please note that our staff may still need to enter the play space during your visit to tidy, reset, or review the area to ensure everything stays clean and comfortable for all families.
